Family Dinner Fridays

Thanks to Nicole for sending in this recipe. My dishes have been quite lacking here lately... I guess it corresponds with my mood during this move. But Nicole has sent us a yummy dish to try out!! Let us know how you think it is!


I realize that every recipe I've sent in is chicken....we really do eat other stuff...I promise, I guess it's just that my beef recipes aren't all that interesting, Haha!! :) I'll get to some of them eventually I'm sure ;) In the mean time here is another delicious chicken recipe!!! I usually halve this recipe, works great and makes it so I don't have a million leftovers! And I always use stuffing :)


Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

8 chicken breasts
8 slices Swiss Cheese
2 Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Can Milk
1 cup herb seasoned stuffing mix or bread crumbs
1/4 cup butter melted

Arrange chicken on a lightly greased 13x9 pan. Top with cheese; combine soup and milk; spoon evenly over chicken; sprinkle with stuffing; drizzle with butter over crumbs.

Bake at 350 degrees 45-55 min.

May serve over rice.



PS. I think it is soo cute that you included a glass of milk with your dinner!! Classic!
